I ordered a Defiant Catamaran TC-27 from David Watton the president of the company and put doen a $40,000.00 deposit in December 2006. I have still not received my boat or my deposit back. Every time I call the company they never return my calls. I now have to pay a lawyer in Florida to sue Mr. David Watton & Defiant Catamaran in Sarasota Florida. DO NOT ORDER A BOAT FROM THIS COMPANY or Mr. David Watton. . If you want any further infomation please email me @ shondros@yahoo.com.

MR SPENCER HONDROS ORDERED 7 BOATS AND ONLY PAID A DEPOSIT ON 1 BUT 3 WERE BUILT ON HIS BEHALF OF WHICH WE WERE NEVER PAID FOR. AFTER REFUSING TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT FOR THE 7 BOATS MR HONDROS ORDERED WE TERMINATED MR HONDROS AND NORTHEAST MARINE DISTRIBUTORS AS AGENTS FOR DEFIANT CATAMARANS CORP. BOATS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WERE SOLD TO RECOVER THE FINANCES THAT WERE LOST DUE TO MR HONDROS'S FICTICIOUS ORDER.

DEFIANT CATAMARANS CORP REGRETS THAT DUE TO MR HONDROS'S ACTIONS ANY CONTROVERSEY HAS EVOLVED AND HAS TRIED TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTE IN AN AMICABLE MANNER.

NORTHEAST MARINE DISTRIBUTORS HAS FAILED TO PREFORM ACCORDING TO THE AGREED CONTRACT.
