Five stars to you and your staff, Keith. I was thoroughly impressed with not only your response time, but also the professionalism of the divers who worked on my boat. (FYI, it's never run better!)

  Let me just point out that after getting seriously ripped off by a yacht broker when I bought my boat last year, I was more than a little nervous calling an unknown dive service to look for a necklace that I'd lost by Cayo Costa in the Gulf. We had contacted three dive services to see if any had interest in a recovery job. Diversified Diving was the ONLY one who seemed genuinely interested in recovery and willing to agree to a definite search day. My husband trekked off early last Tuesday and met Keith and Victoria after only an email and a couple phone calls. "Don't worry," they said, "we'll get it" without even really knowing what they were looking for. I honestly thought even if it was found, I'd never see it again and it would finally come to rest at a pawn shop somewhere in south Florida. Oh well. It was worth a shot.

Armed with only GPS coordinates (which turns out weren't totally accurate), hubby and the two divers were off to recover a lost necklace. After only two hours of dive time, Keith pops up from the water and exclaims "I think I've got it!" They found the necklace in approximately 5 feet of water, 4 inches down in the sand. More impressive, they returned it to us (yes, I'm a bit skeptical. I had visions of them diving for hours even after finding it).

I have nothing but praise and adoration for Keith and Victoria for finding my necklace. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services and I will use them again for any service ANYWHERE I need a dive team.

On a side note to potential clients - it really helped us to have GPS coordinates, accurate calibration should be a boater's priority. Knowing our surroundings of where it was lost helped them too. Still, they had approximately a 20'X20' search area to find such a small item.

5 star service at 3 star price. So courteous (even when Keith knew I was a wreck), so professional, so quick to respond. Honest, reliable, completely trustworthy. A million thanks.
