One word: Magnificent.

I couldn't be more happy with the staff and service. I've stayed at TOP NOTCH hotels and never have I been so delighted by my evening. The dockhands brought ice, soda, and water to my boat when my elderly mother couldn't get off the boat and I was helping her move around. They pumped out my boat at my slip with no problem, and they even gave us a menu for Caribbean Jacks and took our order, bringing us a receipt and acting all the bit of hostess and waiter when we were unable to leave the boat ourselves because of the hassel. This is utterly above and beyond and I am just sorry I could not stay a couple more days. Our stay was...in a word... magnificent.
