Very poor and unethical business practice. Booked a charter and company took a deposit . Tried multiple attempts at reaching the company the evening before to confirm and arrange for pickup. The captain finally responded and changed the time slot for the following day., which I reluctantly agreed to. Waited for him the following day at the designated spot for 2 hours and never heard a word from him until approx. 9:00 that evening. The charter was a gift for my son who was graduating from florida state and we were both very much looking forward to it. Would Never recommend this outfit to anyone.
