  DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT! I would not recommend this merchant to ANYONE!
This merchant charged our bank card when we cancelled our fishing trip; after we were told it wouldn't be charged if we cancelled the trip within 24 hours. We made reservations around 11am and we cancelled before 11:30am the same day. If we were told our card would be charged if we cancelled, we would have NEVER cancelled; we don't have $177 to just throw away. The telephone rep I talked to was rude and threatened me when I called asking for a refund. He actually called back when I hung up and threatened my spouse. I was not going to write a review or complain to the Florida BBB, but since the merchant is REFUSING to refund my money, I have no choice but to expose them. I'm sure we are not the only people who have been ripped off by this merchant, nor will we be the last.
Interestingly, I wrote a review about this merchant on yahoo, but it mysteriously was deleted. Apparently the merchant doesn't want people to know what kind of company it really is!! The truth hurts sometimes.
If you want a really GREAT charter service, I would highly recommend 'Miss Cape Canaveral."

  Absolutely awful experience, a waste of time and money. The captain was completely disinterested and it was not disclosed that this was a smoking-allowed boat. I had to go through 4 rods before one worked correctly. Boat was in horrible condition - no fish finding gear and no visible ship-to-shore radio although captain alleged it was in his backpack. I have been on many fishing excursions, avoid this one. When we had no bites the captain brought us back to 30 yards from the launching dock for the last hour. We would have been better off renting poles and fishing off a pier. Do not waste your money on this charter.
