PBS BOAT STORE cheats you with a big smile. I ordered navigation equipment on internet from abroad in February 2013. The contact up to delivery seemed excellent and I was very comfort that I made business with serious and honest people. Before delivery they even promised me to give me a payback for one piece they couldn’t deliver. But they did not deliver everything I paid for and charged me $ 681 to much for instruments I ordered but never received. Hopefully I tried to reach them during some weeks to sort out this situation, but they don’t answer at all. DON’T TRUST PBS BOAT STORE. They have no problems cheating their customers.

My Son ordered me a Anchor Puller for my birthday and it was damaged in shipping. I called the store and they Immediatly sent out another one. I found them to be great to do business and friendly in every way.
