I was a few months in my second year lease and had outdrive problems and needed to have my boat hauled out for extensive repairs. I gave the marina manager a month notice of the move. I couldn't afford keeping it in two places. The result was I lost my deposit after the "then" manager said he would see that I would get reimbursed. So beware if have to leave for uncontrollable circumstances you will loose your deposit

Had boat at their marina for about one year. Very good location, best rates around, and security is very good (never had an issue). Only drawback is that the boat can get bounced around pretty good unless you are in the protected basin just north of the boat ramps.

The dock hand was very pleasant and the ships store is clean and well stocked. There is a working pump out station and easy access to the fuel dock. Highly recommended!
