We rented a pontoon boat7/28/2015. The boat broke down and we had to be towed back in. They offered to give us a full refund at first and told us to come back the next day. The next day when I returned she said she could only do a partial refund and would mail me a check. I told her that we had paid with two different cards and she could just credit it back to them. She agreed and said that it would be done that day and that she would call me when it had been done. Three days later, it still had not been credited back to our cards. We returned again and as soon as she saw me, she started yelling and got irate. She said , I led her to believe that we had paid for a full day rental. She is the one that had just taken our money just a couple hours before the boat broke down. I also talked to a deck hand on the "owner's" charter boat. He supposedly texted the owner with my name and number and said that the owner will call me. After a couple of days of no phone call my wife called again and supposedly talked to the "owner's" mother. She said that she would make sure that her son would call us. After another week we still have not received a phone call. I guess that is the "Family Tradition" to do business. Find another boat rental business. This one isn't worth your time or money.
