  We called the day before and made a 9:30AM reservation and were told to be there at 9:15AM. We arrived at 9:00AM and could not find anyone on the beach that knew anything about where anyone from Flamingo Watersports was. We called and were told that they would not be running that day because the boat had broken down the day before and the part would not be in for a few more days. When asked why we were not called and told about the problem with the boat we were told that they were sorry but they must have overlooked us because she had over 30 people to call. That was it, no sincere apology, nothing. So we had gotten up early and drove to Miramar for nothing. We then called "Just Chute Me" and had a WONDERFUL experience. I would not recommend trusting your parasailing experience to Flamingo Watersports. If they are this unprofessional before the boat leaves the beach, would you really want to trust them while you are on the end of a 1200 foot rope?

  Would NOT recommend this company. They cancelled twice on us. We has a 6:00 pm reservation and they called and cancelled due to the captain being ill yet at 7:00 pm they were still taking out passengers. Very disappointed.
