Tampa Bay Estuary:

Grass flats, white sand flats, mangrove shoreline, oyster bars, creek and river mouth, residential canals, and much, much more. That's what you'll find in the Tampa Bay Area. From the beautiful Sun Coast Beaches at the mouth of the bay, to the sluggish shallow creeks of Old Tampa Bay there is enough environment and sportfish for a lifetime. With so much to choose from, I'll pick areas to best take advantage of wind and tide. Flyfishing is possible throughout the area in almost any weather conditions.

Speckled Trout and Redfish roam the bay in hungry packs.
Fifteen to twenty pound Snook lurk around many mangrove points.
Lone monster Cobia stalk the receding waters of the grass flats.
Tarpon are the most welcome of our annual tourists.
Jacks, mackerel, ladyfish provide you with more than enough warm-up action.

 

The 'B and B' is an 18-foot Hewes flats skiff custom outfitted for your safety and comfort. She offers a smooth ride across open bays, yet glides into skinny water even before the fish and tide arrive. Wide decks and gunnels allow 360° fish fighting, while her generous beam provides a highly stable platform. Ship-to-shore radio, cellular phone, a Mercury Outboard, and the best safety equipment available, make the 'B and B' the perfect compliment to my years of experience.

Introducing your daughter or son to fishing should be a great family experience. Let me take the pressure off. I'll find them the fish, you make sure the camera is ready.  

Trip includes:
Tackle, lures, bait, license, lunch and soft drinks.

Camera - Hat
Polarized Sunglasses
Deck Shoes - Sunscreen

 

Group trips and corporate fishing tournaments can be arranged.
