South Florida & The Keys
Peanut Island
- The crown water jewel of the Palm Beaches!

Dinner Key - Made famous in the 1960's when Pan American Airways transformed it into the U.S.'s busiest seaplane bases, Dinner Key is now a popular moorage for power boaters and sailor alike and considered by many to be the most prestigious marina in Miami.

Fort Lauderdale - With it's entrance at the ICW, the New River is the "Venice of the South." Around the mouth of the river are dozens of canals and a neighborhood known as "The Isles." This is a unique boating destination with dozens of waterfront dinning establishments, boat yards and waterfront realty - mansions owned by famous billionaires like Wayne Huizenga. The area is also home to the second largest cruise ship port in the world, Port Everglades.

Jupiter Sand Bar - Officially located in the mouth of the Loxahatchee River, at low tide this sandbar attracts hundreds of boaters every weekend. You'll find the western side more family-friendly, while the eastern side is party central.

Stuart - Just across from Sailfish Point, this sandbar offers families and party goers a place to congregate, picnic and frolic.

Fort Pierce - In St. Lucie County, boaters raft up at the sandbar in the inlet off North Hutchinson Island.

Bahamas
Effective January 23, 2007, a passport is required to enter the United States by air. It is advised that, even if you travel to the Bahamas by boat, you bring your passport in case of mechanical failure, illness, or other incident in which you need to fly home.

You will need a U.S. Customs User Fee Decal if your vessel is 30 feet or longer. You will be asked for the decal number upon your return to the U.S. You can get the decal by calling 954-356-7241. You should also review your insurance policy to make sure you are covered in the Bahamas. Search Insurance to find marine providers. Another good idea is to check with your towing company and see if your policy covers the Bahamas.
